After your application is saved, you will be redirected to secure Stripe checkout for a $500 deposit, which is deducted from your package total. Payment does not guarantee selection.

Provide 5–10 design photos or a viewable lookbook / portfolio URL. Files are stored privately.

• HSW will evaluate applications for collection quality, originality, readiness, event fit, and available showcase capacity. Submission does not guarantee selection.
• Accepted designers will receive event-specific terms, any designer participation fees, production deadlines, venue details, and any ticket/pass entitlements in writing before committing.
• Designer collections, brand names, artwork, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners, subject only to any explicit written media permissions granted.
• HSW may contact the applicant using the information provided to administer this application. Separate approval will be obtained for promotional image, video, or other usage as applicable.
• Any garment worn by a minor must comply with the HSW youth-model safety process and applicable law.
