This policy applies to all payments made to Haute Styles Week Inc. ("HSW") for the Designer Runway Package, Showroom-Only Package, Showroom & Storefront Package, and Private Individual Runway Show, including deposits and balance payments.
1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable
Deposits, balance payments, and payments in full are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by the Participant, no-shows, missed production deadlines, unused looks or space, and removal for conduct under our Terms of Participation.
2. If HSW Cancels an Event
If HSW cancels an event, you receive a credit equal to the amount you paid, applied toward participation in the next available HSW season. Credits are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another person or brand without written approval from HSW.
3. Event Changes Are Not Cancellations
A change of date, time, venue, lineup, or format is not a cancellation, and payments remain non-refundable.
4. Deposits and Balances
A $500 deposit holds your space. Your remaining balance is due by the deadline in your confirmation. If the balance is not paid on time, HSW may release your space and the deposit is forfeited.
5. Transfers
Packages and spaces are not transferable to another designer, brand, or business without written approval from HSW.
6. Model Bootcamp
Model Bootcamp dates, cancellation terms, and refund terms are provided before payment is requested.
7. Sponsorships and Private Shows
Sponsorship payments and Private Individual Runway Shows follow the cancellation terms in their separate written agreements.
8. Payment Questions
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@hautestylesweek.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We respond to payment questions promptly.
9. Requesting a Credit
To use a credit after an HSW cancellation, email info@hautestylesweek.com with your name, brand, and the original event.
