08Youth Model Safety

Children use a designated youth check-in and backstage area, separate from adults.
A parent/guardian or approved chaperone must be present or accessible at all times.
Only authorized, screened personnel work with children. No unsupervised one-on-one interaction with unrelated adults.
Age-appropriate garments, styling, hair, and makeup only.
Photos and video only under approved conditions and with the permissions below.
Staff, designers, and photographers communicate only with the parent/guardian.
A child may stop any activity that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.

This application is not a government work permit or a child-model contract. New York requires Child Performer Permits for covered child runway modeling; Pennsylvania requires special permits for covered minor performances. All requirements must be completed before rehearsals or performances begin.
