Haute Styles Week brings designers, creative businesses, buyers, media, and fashion lovers into one room. Our February 12 Showroom & Storefront gives fashion and lifestyle brands a place to present, sell, and connect with a fashion-focused audience during New York Fashion Week season.

Sell to the Right Crowd
Present and sell your products on February 12 to guests, stylists, and buyers who came for fashion.

Set Up with Support
Our production team guides your coordination, logistics, and setup. Approved brands are considered for HSW listings and promotion.

The Package
Showroom & Storefront Package
$1,000

- One display table or one clothing rack, based on your products
- A selling space at the February 12 Showroom & Storefront
- Sell and promote your products to a fashion-focused audience
- Consideration for HSW brand listings and approved promotion
- Participant coordination, setup instructions, and event logistics
- No runway presentation
Pay $1,000 in full, or place a $500 deposit to hold your space. All payments are non-refundable. If HSW cancels the event, you receive a credit toward the next available season.
Participant Expectations
What we expect.

Professional, event-appropriate products, signage, displays, and representatives.
- 02
Attend any required participant briefing and follow assigned check-in, setup, selling, and breakdown times.
- 03
Staff your space for the full operating period and keep aisles and emergency routes clear.
- 04
Follow venue rules, licensing and tax requirements, and HSW policies, including media and youth-safety rules.
How It Works

Apply
Complete the Showroom & Storefront application below. You accept the HSW Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.

Secure Your Space
Pay $1,000 in full or a $500 deposit through secure Stripe checkout. Payments are non-refundable.

Confirmation
HSW confirms your placement, operating hours, and event requirements in writing. Deposit payers receive a balance payment link by email.

Set Up & Sell
Friday, February 12, 2027, 4–9 PM, Luma Studios (Midtown Loft), 307 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018. Venue details are shared with confirmed participants.
What does it cost?
The Showroom & Storefront Package is $1,000. You can pay in full or place a $500 deposit to hold your space. HSW emails your balance payment link.
Is my payment refundable?
All payments are non-refundable. If HSW cancels the event, you receive a credit toward the next available HSW season.
What's included in my space?
One display table or one clothing rack, based on your products. Power, extra furniture, and special placement are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Can I share my space with another brand?
Only with written approval from HSW.
Who handles sales and taxes?
You do. Participants manage their own inventory, payment processing, sales reporting, taxes, and any required licenses or permits.
